About Fabian
I’m Fabian Domenech — Nike Global Trainer, yoga teacher (500h) and functional strength coach, with over a decade of experience working with individuals, studios and global brands.
My relationship with movement began early, shaped by a personal search for confidence, balance and self-trust. Through training and yoga, movement became more than physical practice — it became a way to feel grounded, capable and present.
I originally trained in fashion design, developing a strong sensitivity to structure, detail and aesthetics. Over time, this evolved into a deeper curiosity for how the body and mind function and adapt together. My postgraduate studies in Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) expanded this perspective, offering an integrative understanding of how movement, stress, recovery, nutrition and daily habits shape health over time.
Today, my work brings together yoga, strength training and recovery into a cohesive system designed to preserve capacity, resilience and health over the long term. Strength is approached as a foundation for wellbeing, technique as a form of respect for the body, and recovery as a non-negotiable element of any practice meant to last.
I’m interested in practices people can sustain — physically, mentally and emotionally — not just now, but years from now.
Alongside my coaching and training work, I collaborate with brands and creative teams on movement-led projects, events and experiences where training, wellbeing and contemporary lifestyle naturally intersect..
PHILOSOPHY
I’m drawn to approaches that respect the body’s capacity to adapt — approaches rooted in awareness, consistency and understanding rather than excess, or constant optimisation.
Health, performance and longevity are part of the same continuum. They grow from shared foundations: movement, breath, nutrition, rest and daily habits. When these elements are aligned, the body responds with greater resilience, stable energy and mental clarity.
My approach is integrative and long-term. Yoga, strength training, recovery and breathwork are used with intention — not as trends, but as fundamentals that support wellbeing and a strong, sustainable relationship with the body over time.

Designing and delivering training experiences, community events and digital content across Nike platforms. This role refined my ability to translate performance, education and wellbeing into experiences that work at scale — without losing human connection, precision or cultural relevance.
-
High-energy strength and conditioning sessions combining treadmill work and resistance training. This environment sharpened my coaching around pacing, effort management and maintaining technical quality under fatigue.
-
Extensive training in breath-led, strength-oriented and restorative yoga practices, with a strong focus on alignment, sequencing and nervous system regulation — supporting mobility, joint health and long-term resilience.
-
Evidence-based education in strength training, movement quality and intelligent program design, focused on building strength that transfers to real life and athletic performance.
-
Advanced postgraduate studies exploring how movement, stress, recovery, nutrition, behaviour and lifestyle interact over time. This framework informs a more integrated, informed and sustainable approach to health, performance and longevity.

Item descriptionTraining focused on breathing mechanics, stress regulation and recovery capacity. This work informs how I structure sessions, manage intensity and support long-term resilience. Cold exposure is integrated as a contextual tool to support stress adaptation, circulation and nervous system balance when used intelligently and intentionally.
-
Foundational education in functional movement patterns, barbell lifts and conditioning methodologies. This certification informs a pragmatic, performance-oriented approach to strength and conditioning, with an emphasis on efficiency, scalability and long-term durability. Ongoing education in nutrition, breathing mechanics and movement assessment.
